Dishes from the Fatima skills comp at the Apro Formazione parents’ lunch

Apro Formazione organised an event to disseminate the results of the Blended Skills Competition held in Fatima (Portugal) in November 2023, within the WP3 of the TEF project.

In order to broaden the impact of the transnational activity in which some third-year cookery students took part, the teachers organised a lunch to celebrate the recipes created in Fatima as a result of cooperation between students from different countries (Italy, Portugal, Bosnia and Herzegovina).

The second-year students from the Waiters and Cookery department prepared and served lunch to some special guests: their parents. They came to hear about the recipes, their genesis, and to taste them in first person.

Those responsible for the TEF Tourism Education of the Future project took the opportunity to present the project and its results to the audience, also involving the participants who took part in the experience in Fatima for a brief presentation to their peers.

The starter was called ‘The smell of autumn’; the main course ‘Chef's chicken roll’; and the dessert ‘Canoli candle of Fátima’.
